At this stage it is the price, but not the result that matters. Choose an experienced company which is capable of preparing an investment project of the energy-efficient building which would aim at achieving the highest possible energy efficiency class (recommended class is not lower than Class A).

Investment project analysis and approval.

Investment project analysis is aimed at verifying whether all measures required for ensuring energy-efficiency have been included and whether the price specified for the performance of works is real. We encourage consulting specialists and independent experts (they can also be recommended by the National Passive House Association).

Procurement of contract works, technical design and technical supervision, performance of works.

Step

End of works.

The end of works is regulated by institutions accepting works.
